Trivia*:
- Which Hokie clocked a 4.26s time in the 40-yard dash, fastest on the team, during off-season testing?
- Which Hokie receiver led the team with 40 receptions in 2009?
If anyone has pictures of general Hokie awesomeness that they'd like featured on the countdown email them to me (thekeyplay [at] gmail [dot] com). I'd appreciate it.

Ben Taylor was a beast as well. Glad I got to see him play.

#1 is incorrect but #2 is spot on
#1 Rashad Carmichael
David Wilson
I believe David Wilson had 4.26, Roc had 4.29 40-time.
David Wilson also jumped 52 some feet in triple jump, and also won national championship in track and field.
Where the forty at? /Guzzle
According to the last testing Roc ran a 4.26. Both he and David Wilson ran a 4.29 in the winter. I haven't seen a more recent time for DW.
guess I was wrong...
seeing 2 guys running 40 under 4.3 is just amazing, and I got so excited that I lost my mind, and confused the record...
sub 4.3 is nuts
I remember about ten years ago if you ran under a 4.4 you were a stud. Soon enough we're going to see a guy break 4.2 (if one already hasn't).
Beamer Co. has really done an outstanding job of bringing in under the radar kids with blazing speed and turning them into high quality football players.
D'lo - 4.15 indoor
This made news years ago...sorry for the weak wiki reference:

40x
are a complete joke at every school.
they only matter 1 place the nfl combine where everyone runs on the same track, is timed the same way and starts at the same location.
the only guy that was faster than his vt 40 time was vick, if possible i think he was a legit 4.2 on the field.
