Currently unrated in the composite, but 84-rated by 247's in-house. Could be a big two weeks for us

A nearly 6'4" receiver who runs a 4.4 40 yard dash and only recently moved from being a triple option QB? That's a bright future. Really like what we've done at WR in 21 and 22. Let's go!
Always exciting when someone says they are going to be a Hokie!
He's a stick but he's a burner. His 100m (10.79) is just off of Farley's (10.63) and Payoute's (10.67)...that's less than a stride.
It's going to be fun watching Tucker and Payoute together, the first time in a while we have multiple guys who can take the top off a defense.
Grow his hair out and become Jeff Samardzija. I'm down with that all day.
Has an offer from Iowa st, which well Matt Campbell can flat out coach. Looks like a great pick up!
If you read his interviews (won't post because they're behind paywalls), he's got Tim Tebow / Sam Rogers vibes. Extremely devoted to his faith and unusually mature for his age. It's easy to see why the coaches recruited him so hard, he's going to be a great locker room presence.
EDIT: Watching his film now (link here) this is a Malcolm Jones situation. Burner and does a great job high pointing the ball. Back shoulder fades for days. He's an 84 right now on 247 but his measurables & 100m time is closer to a high 3* - low 4*. He attends Rabun Gap-Nacoochee which is a boarding school near Atlanta, the competition level/exposure is not very high. Well done by this coaching staff snagging a potential diamond in the rough prospect in the SEC's backyard.
I love this pull on the trail - this is a very high ceiling kid
I like this kid's film. Seems to have some really good speed. If he can put on a few pounds and work on that route running I think there's a whole lot of potential.
Of course he'll need to learn to block P-5 DBs.
The weight is going to be key for him. For sake of comparison, he's the same height as Tre Turner but 10 lbs lighter.
I'd be shocked if he played as a true freshman and I would be shocked if he didn't start his senior year.
All I can think of when I see that school name is the Foxfire magazine/book series.
