Tonight at 8 pm est on flowrestling. Mekhi Lewis and Byrce Andonian take part in the NCWA All star classic. Mekhi has a rematch of last season's 174 national championship match against Carter Starocci of Penn state. A match where he loss in TB 6-5 (if the refs would have correctly called a locked hands on Starocci Mekhi would be a 2x national champion🙄) while Byrce Andonian looks to prove he's ready to throw people at a new weight and move up a couple spots in the ranks as he takes on #2 at 157 Will Lewan of Michigan. They have very different approaches to matches. BA is looking to go body locks headlocks double legs etc. Will Lewan is gonna be defensive and looking for counters

BA is going to have to wrestle pretty disciplined if he wants to win. If he does good job of picking his spots to attack he will get his hand raised.
If Lewis stays offensive I like his chances. Can't let Starocci ride him. This one feels like a true 50/50 to me.

Tough match for Andonian. Got in a couple times but couldn't finish. More action favors BA so not a good matchup for him.

Watch that piece Flo put together on Starocci and Lewis and you'll see that Starocci has got his entourage roomies around him helping him 24/7 with the mental, spiritual, and physical areas. Gonna be tough to knock him off #1 spot.
