Thought this was interesting:
http://athlonsports.com/college-football/acc-coaches-talk-anonymously-ab...
Whats funny about it is how some teams the coaches speak well of (like VT, they point out last year, but there is still respect there). Then for others, it seems that they don't (see UVA).

I love reading through these.
"I thought the quarterback, Stephen Morris, played well for them."
That has to be Frank Beamer there, right?
Did the Frankinator say that?

I was sad. I did a ctrl-F for "get after" and came up empty.
I wondered the same thing reading "The loss of (tailback) Andre Ellington is big. I dont think he got enough credit nationally. He was a really good player." Then I realized it would've read more like, "That tailback they had out there was tough. You really got to give him credit because he stuck around behind some talented guys until his senior year. But I really thought he was heck of a player."
"Ted Roof is a good hire. Great for Tech go get a guy like that. You look at those guys on D and they play hard. I thought they had some talent on D."
#GETAFTERYA
i thought the same thing about the gio bernard quote. if not frank somebody on the defensive staff at least.
This pissed me off the most. I wonder what he'd be doing in O&M. Maybe its just me but for all his faults, CFB always has the coaches that can develop talent. Personally I think we are the best in the country at that.
I'd say Virginia Tech and Boise State can exclusively claim a title that we do the most with the least.
maybe, but we've had our share of highly rated recruits not living up to their predicted potential. See Nick Dew/Kris Harley/Mark Shuman/Zach McCray. And thats just recent 4* recruits. If anything, I'd say we do better than most schools at developing 2-3* talent
I don't think you can throw Shuman/McCray/Harley in the Dew category just yet. McCray could make some noise at TE and Shuman/Harley still have a chance.
I think this is clearly Duke's year. Probably Wake in the Atlantic Division, too.
Also, really wish we landed S. Diggs. Such a wasted talent with the uncertain Twerps
I started reading that and then a link came up on the side for the hottest fan bases in the country. Needless to say I got distracted.
I did as well. It linked to bleacher report. And they had Miami in the top 25. Apparently they don't know that Miami doesn't have a fan base that goes to games
I loved this statement. Anything at the expense of the U is hilarious.
Miami and the Marlins should have just built a dual stadium and hosted both games at the same time. That way people could watch two crappy sports teams and but possibly still be mildly entertained.
