Duke Johnson has a broken right ankle and is out for the year. Johnson is arguably Miami's most valuable offensive weapon, so him being out next week is definitely a bit of a silver lining for us.
It's a shame for him because he's such an explosive and dynamic player and will definitely be playing on Sundays. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Crawford won't be easy to stop either.
Ah man, not how I wanted to win.
Hope he has a speedy recovery.
Crap. I hate that for him.
Prayer for him to heal quickly.
My definition of someone looking out for us would be going down to Coral Gables and laying an even bigger smackdown on Miami than FSU did. Not an injury.
Godspeed young man! Hope he comes back better than ever, hate seeing this happen to anybody especially one of the best RB's in the country. He absolutely demolished us last year.
As someone who hates the Canes on a visceral level, I honestly wish this guy a speedy recovery. He's a fun football player to watch, even if he plays for the enemy.
What I wouldn't give for us to be able to run the pigskin like he has for the []_[].
Duke Johnson is the best RB in college this year. I would have loved to have been able to see our D vs him. The play where he got injured looked like FSU went after him a little. He was talking a pretty big game.
Dallas Crawford is legit, though, and better than any RB we have. Don't sleep on him. I'm going to love to see our secondary against Morris, though, and our defensive line against their offensive line. Will be an entertaining game.
iunno man I've been saying it since day one i think top RB in the country goes to andre williams, the dude has it all size speed and power but Duke is definitely in the top 3 the dudes legit and i wish id get to watch him live :\
Yeah, I was just thinking, we saw exactly what happens when we face a top RB. Granted Miami will throw more than BC so hopefully we can force them into some turnovers and don't let them grind it out. Crawford is pretty elusive as well so it's not like they don't have someone.
Williams is legit, and a lot of respect goes to him. But Johnson is the best. Had you said Gurley, I would agree there could be a debate, but Johnson is head and shoulders above everyone else.
Regardless if hes out or not it will still be hard to beat them. There Oline is enormous
