Reports are that they are hiring Byron Thweatt from University of Richmond to replace Anthony Poindexter. Unless he steps up his game significantly in recruiting, I don't see this as an upgrade over Poindexter in that regard. He was the recruiting coordinator at Richmond for the last two years but that doesn't seem to have gotten them very far. I cant really speak to his coaching ability, but I am sure the TimeCop will take care of that concern.
