Very accomplished. She may have a very dramatic impact at VT. If we like what we, as fans, see over the next few years, I bet much of the credit should and will go back to Ms. Reed-Francois.

It seems that she is taking over for Tim East who was the first to be let go by Whit. Seems like a step in the right direction and I wouldn't be surprised to see her step over to the "Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator" position once McClosky steps down officially.
She's in charge of video....there's where Billdozer needs to get his resume.

Mrs. Reed-Francois seems like a home-run hire,
and there's some interesting back story with her brother Roman Reed.
He sustained a spinal-card injury from football in college, but rose above the injury to become an advocate for spinal cord research. Very inspirational stuff in the bloodlines.
