Went to HokieSports tonight and clicked on the gameday countdown. Was redirected to a new (to me) site. It has lots of info about tickets, the gameday experience, and even plays the fight song. Apparently, this year will be our 50th season in Lane Stadium. Is this a new Babcock addition?

Nice site.
I mean that video is like BillDozer good.
Wonder how many rails it cost them to have it made?
I actually thought it was. BillDozerVT video.
The last lady interviewed is a friend of mine. I saw the video early last week. The style is certainly shared by him.
I'll just keep stepping up my game! They (VT athletic Dept) have definitely come a long way, though.
I cant get over how young Laurence Fishburne looks in this gif
... and even then he looked nothing like Sam Jackson
Go HOKIES!
and vice versa...
SAY I LOOK LIKE LAURENCE FISHBURNE AGAIN ONE MORE TIME!

Love the Gameday Experience page - definitely sounds like something Whit has put together- it focuses on traditions and the fan experience, which I believe is something he said he wanted to help solidify. Well done.
I'm glad to see they are doing something special for Lane's 50th!

I'd love to see a top 50 moments list or countdown somewhere.
i enjoyed that page as well. my wife's grandparents have old pictures of going to games before the east stands were expanded. had some pretty good crowds back in the day.
That's way cool. I have been collecting photos of Lane for 20+ years
and I haven't seen many from that era.
Hope they play up the anniversary as much as possible.
Go HOKIES!
Maybe it's my connection, but this video, and virtually every Hokie Sports video, is terribly laggy and low-definition. Watching football practice highlights is always a chore, wish they would fix that.
It might just be your connection because all of the hokiesports videos I watch stream pretty well.
Recent CFB era retrospective is excellent imo
