Is the construction distracting at all during practice? I know Frank talked about there being less space, but what about the noise? Does that have any effect on communication/focus?

From the couple of times I've been out there it really is just background noise. They also have been playing music through the Lane sound system and with all the coaches yelling, it just sounds like a football practice.
