Virginia Tech men's basketball coach Buzz Williams was featured on ACC All Access. The watch is definitely worth 4 minutes of your time. It's interesting that Buzz said he's not a "real good big picture guy". Back in December he discussed part of his vision for Tech's basketball program, and he hit on big picture concepts like the ripple effect of the Power 5 getting autonomy as well as intricate details such as feng shui of the lounge in the locker room and his prototypical recruit.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, the should have a Buzzcam on Hokiesports during the games. I would watch the hell out of that.
I love the future of basketball with Buzz as our coach, I just hope he does not become one of those burned out. Just a great guy with the well being of his players in mind. Who could not love this kind of leader?

How can you not like the direction our program will be heading. I know they are just words but I truly believe he lives by them. A good friend mine who knows Buzz called me a couple of days before they made the announcement and said congratulations your program will finally be heading the right direction. My buddy has never lied to me, especially through the JJ years, when he said what the hell is going on at VT?!
