I grew up a hater, hating Notre Dame, Alabama and Michigan because they were all the media ever talked about way back then as far as eastern schools went. I kind of didn't like Ohio State, but because Woody Hayes was such a badass I kind of liked them too. Wish we could have a real rivalry with them. We could only benefit as it might force us to be more than we have been.

That said, I know they must be good, very good in fact, but for me it begs the question: is it easier to get noticed and put on one of these all-star teams after your team wins the national championship than it is when you're playing at Podunk U but in reality equally as good? I'm looking for some pancakes and some real head buttin' as Teller takes on Bosa on the trap.
