As he prepares to face the Hokies Saturday night, Clemson Offensive Coordinator Tony Elliott was unsparing in his assessment of Justin Hamilton's new-look defense.

"It looks a little bit all over the place," he told reporters Monday, per ESPN's David Hale. "They've been hit by the injury bug. There's not a lot of continuity. They've got a lot of guys playing a lot of snaps and they're trying to do a lot of things to figure out what their identity is."
