Tech is too high, too low, or just right?

Fine by me
A little lower than usual, but I think higher rankings would have put unwanted, added pressure on LT3 and our inexperienced offense
you know
this might be an unpopular sentiment, but the low rankings do actually piss me off. I know the arguments and justifications in favor of it, just saying how I really feel.
I'm with you too..
Mainly just because of Florida State being ranked so high. We have virtually the same offensive and defensive situations, with the difference being that we actually have a Quarterback that has shown signs of greatness. Yet everyone buys into the FSU "we're back" hype...
yeah
but this time, things seem different...
*bleh*
Pre-season rankings are not predictions
Pre-season voting does not equal outcome. It does not predict final record. Unfortunately it sets up expectations for those poll voters that do not watch every game.
Preseason top 5 have nowhere else to go but down.
is anyone else as annoyed as I am at Michigan?
8th? Somebody voted them #1? Are you fucking kidding me? I was kinda pulling for Mich against Bama until the maize and blue media lovefest started. If we're 16th (which I think is about right) they are certainly not the 8th best team in the country.
Bama might not let them past the 50.
yep
still annoyed.
That's a good point- I might have to root for the other overated team (cough cough, FSU) but I hope Bama stomps the crap out of Michigan.
