From other things I've read it seemed as though he was going to be in New York with the Jets until Arians got the job with Arizona. Good for Pep- sounded like VT was a major player until the NFL came calling and he would be nuts to turn down any NFL OC position if he wants to be an HC at the next level. Congrats.

Maybe we could pull some money from Basketball funds to make the deal sweeter and he could do some basketball coaching on the side.
Not caring one bit about b-ball, I'd be fine if we poured all of its resources into VT Football.
And yet in there was someone in Hokie history better....
1980, VT at FSU, scored tied....watch and marvel.

Watch the baseline at 0:15 pretty sure the towel boy just fainted in disbelief
the funny thing is that Henson's shot only counted for 2 since there was no 3 point line yet. if any shot ever deserved 3 points, it was that one!
His foot was on the line,
Pep's foot was on the line, doesn't count.

misread your comment.
He'd have been a dual threat.
Offensive coordinator and starting power forward.
Welp - hard to compete with that.
Reunites him with Andrew Luck.
Pep just accepted
