Time To Face Reality

After watching us shit the bed for a second week in a row I think it is safe to say that we are not who we thought we were during the bye week two short weeks ago. This team is a damn cluster-fuck. I had high hopes heading into the BC game, now I am hoping we can hold on and beat UVa despite everything that is plaguing us.

1) Logan is a complete and utter mess. He may be the most inconsistent quarterback that I have ever seen at any level of football. He simply is not the answer that this team needs and I hate to say it but it has reached the point where I am ready to see his eligibility expire.

2) The defense has been having to bend, scratch and claw to try and save this team. I have no idea how there have not been any types of clashes in the locker room between the offense and the defense. Although the defense did not play outstanding today, what could they really do? I feel sorry that this defense has to depend on this offense to help them write their legacy, which will be insignificant if the team had a sub-par year.

I hate to say this because typically I believe that anything is possible if there is any glimmer of hope left, but this season is, for all meaningful purposes, is pretty much over. I know that we can still beat Miami and win out to make the ACCCG, but reality is not as kind. If we have already lost to Duke and BC, we are not going to be able to accomplish this.
