VT Celebration of Women's Sports Auction

Some pretty cool stuff is up for auction if you have the $$ to pony up:

My personal favorites are the behind the scenes tour and painting the field before the ND game.

Buzz Williams package is looking awfully nice. That won't stay at $200 for long.

The Orange and Maroon you see, that's fighting on to victory.

Oh, we're not doing phrasing anymore?

Good point.

He should have said "exclusive".

so many of them indicate how many people, except that paint the field one...

I'm surprised by the lack of bids for a couple of the items. Courtside at Cassell and the golf lesson with the head coaches, I would have expected to have a little more action.

Especially the $500 to work for the grounds crew! /s
(OK in full disclosure I think it would be cool to see that but the price tag is really high)

On a more serious note, I think they would have more success if they started these a little lower and just enticed people to start bidding. For example the "behind the broadcasting" experience for football is for ONE quarter and a brief pre-game meeting about what goes into the production and it starts at a $1,000.

I agree.

I'd like to bid on a couple of items, but $1000 isn't going to make it past the wife. ( I bought a helmet at the last auction, so I'm now on "probation".)

If I were in town, I'd seriously consider a tennis lesson with the women's tennis coach.

Nobody wants to crowdfund to get French the "behind the broadcasting" experience and promote TKP live in-game to Hokie Nation?

Joffrey, Cersei, Ilyn Payne, the Hound, Jeff Jagodzinski, Paul Johnson, Pat Narduzzi.

Completely agree! Except I think French deserves all four quarters.

If my daughter were a year or two older that be a basketball recruit for a day would be perfect. Get her hooked on Blacksburg and VT early.

Wet stuff on the red stuff.
