Man 6 and 7 are both pretty meh, what did they beat?

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

Why the dominant showing of All Quiet over Deer Hunter?
I have not seen either yet, but Deer Hunter is much higher on my watch list.

Favorite play that never was - "Hooker with the dime to Pimp...leton."

Deer Hunter is an amazing movie, I think it won best picture that year. But man, let me tell you that you need to be in the right mindset to watch that movie. It is a major downer, really hits you hard.
