Sick TD run by Memphis. Makes me dream about Herbert's long runs last year. I just checked and our longest single rush this year is 33 yards from Blumrick in the MTSU game. That's actually our only rush that went over 30 yards this season. Sigh.

2. Prior to that Memphis scoring drive, Navy had a TD drive with TOP of 11min 50 sec!

He's gotten back to back seasons to hire new coordinators.
He also still has elite talent on that roster, even with all the injuries.
His leash deserves to be short. He's gotta prove he can do it when he doesn't just have an insane perfect storm of elite talent and Joe Burrow going from above average to elite in an offseason.

Yes the penalties have come up on a couple big LSU plays, but what are the refs supposed to do? If a guy is ineligble downfield are they supposed to just not call it because it was a big play for LSU?
I think LSU is rightfully ahead of Florida right now, but I do not agree that the refs are doing anything to intentionally sabotage them.

I agree it's definitely far from over. They were down 18 to Bama and flipped the switch to get back in it. When you run the ball extremely well it really helps a comeback.

Everyone complaining about our fans should watch this. Ole Miss has left their sideline, a golf ball almost hit Lane Kiffen, the Tenn cheerleaders left the field, dance team left the field, and now the band is leaving.

Throwing objects onto the field and putting student athletes, coaches, bands, cheerleaders, and other fans in anger should never be tolerated. Booing a crappy product on the field? Fine by me. Those people love VT, didn't harm anyone, paid to be there, and have had enough.

That was absolutely insane. Terrible scene, but will likely go down as one of those iconic "College football is crazy" moments.
Really sucked to see Hendon go down before he had a chance to take some shots at the EZ. Hopefully he isn't hurt too bad, but if you have to miss a game... at Alabama probably isn't the worst one for staying healthy.

Not sure why Tennessee didn't pull a soccer move and clear the entire stadium and then resume the game. That was dangerous situation for people on the field and fans being hit.

They didn't though. Items continued to be thrown on the sidelines during play then when the game was over it started up again even worse and closer to the field of play.
