Yes! I was trying to decide whether to use CBSSports this year or go back to the days of everyone posting picks in the thread because that got more visible engagement and fun. Locking the thread (or picks subthread) at first kickoff might be an option to explore.
A thread for each week sounds feasible to me.

Last year we made the picks for tracking on CBS, but several of us still posted our picks with commentary in the thread. The OP had the games and lines and link to the picks as well...

You don't need a reason to start making ill-informed picks on TKP. Just go into any thread and start picking, doesn't have to even been football picks. I bet if you mad up odds of which food would win in a food fight you could derail just about any thread
