Bill Roth Talking UNC on The Junkies

I guess this is a regular segment now, which I love.

I do not love 15 penalties however.

key tidbit.. Pry brought in some ACC officials to officiate practice this week & call penalties. That and the player-captain approved punishments for committing a penalty sure makes it seem like the coaches and players are working on getting these issues cleaned up

Makes me feel better about the punishments if the players are also bought in.

These pretzels are making me thirsty.

This is a great example of a concept I think we should have 2 times per game, each team gets throw a flag on the ref.

We put the K in Kwality

Seems like football teaches "cheat until caught" technique. I could be wrong, just a cynical assumption on my part. But if true, how about the players self-policing? Maybe just at practice? We've all called our own rules in pickup games. Seems to me it would promote honest effort and clean skills. It might help stop the laziness penalties? Anecdotallly for me, playing strict rules self-policing in golf improves my game.
