key tidbit.. Pry brought in some ACC officials to officiate practice this week & call penalties. That and the player-captain approved punishments for committing a penalty sure makes it seem like the coaches and players are working on getting these issues cleaned up

Seems like football teaches "cheat until caught" technique. I could be wrong, just a cynical assumption on my part. But if true, how about the players self-policing? Maybe just at practice? We've all called our own rules in pickup games. Seems to me it would promote honest effort and clean skills. It might help stop the laziness penalties? Anecdotallly for me, playing strict rules self-policing in golf improves my game.

This is a great example of a concept I think we should have 2 times per game, each team gets throw a flag on the ref.

I'm not sure how well this will work considering the Dline is held every play
