Andy Smith was very impressive. He got the takedown and when he opponent got the escape he went right back on the attack for another to seal the win. Offensive Andy Smith can win a lot of matches.

Lewis wins 3-2 to advance to the finals. His defense was elite. Foca had a two or three looks at the takedown but Lewis fought them all off. Way too passive from Lewis. He benefits from more action so he really needs to stay more offensive. Try to ice the match with a takedown instead of relying on defense the last 2 minutes.
Missed the consolation matches but both Crook and Latona lost so they'll wrestle for 5th. Bad loss for Latona to a guy ranked much lower.
Andy Smith loses 3-2. Got in deep a few times but terrible job trying to finish shots. He must have gassed because he only took one committed shot in the final minute.
Bolen goes to work and gets the 2nd period pin to advance to the third place bout.
Latona loses to Ragusin and falls to 6th place. Tied 1-1 late and Ragusin scored on a reattack off sam's shot.
Latona finishes 6th
Crook finishes 5th. Bolen will wrestle for 3rd and Andy will MFF to 6th
Big win for Bolen over Romero in SV to take third. Glad to see him get over the hump on his third try this year.
Also good for confidence that he can beat top 5 wrestlers again
Lewis lost to Labriola in OT. Really wish he would generate some more offense. Would prevent the chance of losing these close matches.
He had 2 very deep single legs. Just gotta finish them. I think he does finish them at 165
I think he'd be pretty sucked out at 165 at this point. Just gotta finish clean. Plenty of time to work on it before March.
