I always considered Chapel Hill to be Lane South, and Duke to be Lane Southeast. Vandy would be more Like Lane WEST. ( Possibly Lane Southwest though I'd consider Wake to be Lane SW)

Wake would need to be Lane South. It's still slightly east of Blacksburg. UNC and Duke are almost on a line from Blacksburg so could be Double Lane SE.

Why not just Lane North, Lane South, Lane-Chapel Hill, and Lane-Durham?
