Creating a new thread, because there isn't a 2026 NFL thread yet. The one that is labelled 2026 (Hokies in the NFL) was started in July 2025, and the dumbass that created it (me) must have made a typo in the year.
Anyway, saw this about the Falcons adding to their running back room, and was slightly amused:

Upside: Pure amusement, I guess.
Downside: Rumors that the Falcons were interested in Khalil Herbert, but oh well.
Possibility: Saw a draft mock that had them drafting Terrion Stewart, so that would be nice. #VT2ATL

Joe Flacco signs with the Bengals and will be on a team for his 19th season. He and Darnold have got to be the weirdest super bowl-winning QBs in a long time. You can throw Foles in there too, but he was at least a backup who wasn't supposed to be starting in the playoffs. Flacco and Darnold were very much the starters for their teams.
Funny that Tyrod was drafted to be his backup and is also still in the league (or at least played last year).
Tyrod got engaged last week and is currently in discussions with Colts and Jets about next season.

Saw that Kyle Fuller participated in Hokies Pro Day to attempt a comeback. Hasn't played since 2022.
I remember being excited he signed with the ravens and then he tore his acl in his first game. Of course it was on that damn metlife turf
ESPN's latest mock draft by Matt Miller has Mansoor Delane going 7th overall to Washington.
None of the 11 current Hokies available are projected to be drafted. Would think the three most likely would be Gilliam, Keller and Rimac. Possibly Terion Stewart if he proves he is healthy.

I think Lowe and Steward at the very minimum get chances as UDFA if they don't get drafted. I can also see somebody taking a flyer on Drones in the 6th or 7th round.
I've seen a couple mocks with Stewart to the Falcons. Would like that, but they've already signed a couple backup RBs.
