Those are interesting (and surprising) statistical comparisons. I've thought for awhile that one team is going to reach for him, possibly in the late 2nd. This makes that scenario feel a little less farfetched.

While everyone's up in arms that he's a 3rd to 5th rounder, a lot of people fail to realize it only takes one team/coach/GM to decide they really want the guy.

I think some of those guys at least had an upward arc with their careers as seniors, whereas Logan seems like he kind of flat-lined (statistically at least, although mechanically I think there were improvements).
And yes, I think there is some validity to the history argument and teams learning, but NFL teams keep reaching for really athletic players who might project as something. They just can't help themselves sometimes.

If Josh Freeman was a first rounder, why can't LT3 get drafted that high?
One word: History. Because of what Josh Freeman turned out to be. Same reason why Carr's little bro isn't going to be a higher pick.
