Sources tell me that the Hokie coaching staff expects Brewer to win the starting job. It was pretty much insinuated that unless he falls flat on his face, he is expected to be the guy. Apparently they think he is "the real deal" and think he is going to be very good.
This is based on someone golfing with ex Hokie players, coaches, ect at a Hokie Club Golf outing in the DC area last week.
It was further said that Marshawn is also the real deal...huge things are expected of him.
I trust the source I heard all this from implicitly.
Apparently, Aaron Morehead was raving about the team and saying that people are going to be surprised...pleasantly surprised by this team once Brewer gets on campus. He also is very high on the WR's.
Finally, the general feeling is that this team is going to be better than people think...but that NEXT YEAR is the year.
The coaches really feel that this team is going to be VERY good next year.
Take it for what its worth...hearing this from my source really got me excited for this season and especially next season...the future looks pretty good.
