Did he/she just go into Frank's office? I thought for sure it was gonna lock the door on Beams like that cat did at the end of every Flintstones episode to Fred.

I think it was supposed to be corny.
Remember, this has to appeal to everyone and be seen by ages 3-99. This is not targeted at college kids.
BTW, my girls that it was great and exciting just seeing the Hokie Bird on YouTube.
For what it needs, to be, I think it was a success.

The only thing that they could have done to improve it would have been to have CFB chase the Hokie Bird around the office a couple of times in double speed video with cartoon music in the background before booting him (literally) out.

I don't know. There was one scene DiCaprio did that just had me standing up and cheering. Made me wish more directors in Hollywood had given him the same material.
It was in Titanic. Right at the end.
When he drowned.
Man that was great.

Ask Bruce Nolan. He interviewed her on that boat beneath Niagara Falls. That and also, Michael Bay should really not be allowed to direct or produce a film ever again, ever (see Pearl Harbor).

The Bloom v. Beiber moment of time is going to be like Woodstock.
Everyone will claim they were there and it was glorious, but the truth was hardly anyone who claims to be there was, and what crowd there was consisted of overprivileged vacuous douchebags, all the way down.

It's just nice to see VT Athletics have more of a presence on any type of social media! Keep the videos coming, Whit! (Not matter how corny they may be.)

they're trying
I liked Frank kicking him off the coach.

What I learned today: The Hokie Bird has a lot in common with a cat.
Sounds like a three-year-old to me.

Still corny as hell, but at least it appears they've put more than 15 seconds of video editing into it, so its an improvement over the past.
At least they are trying to do more social media outreach. It seems that over the last year, they've really tried to improve their game in that area.

Agreed, and its definitely for kids.
I'm just saying, even with its overwhelming corniness, its still an improvement over what we have been putting out in the past.
I thought it was pretty funny actually. I laughed at the cell phone thing.
yeah, me too...

Favorite was in CFB's office.

Frank Beamer, Bud Foster, Buzz Williams, and the Hokie Bird as roommates is a sitcom I would watch
And guest starring Mike London as Mr. Roper

Number 9: Hokiebird uses wahoo field to relieve his bird business.
Frank deserves an Academy Award for that performance more than Leonardo DiCaprio ever did.

I don't even have anything against him, but that was funny.
He didn't drown, he died of hypothermia. Duh.
So unnecessary, too... its a wonder that Rose could live with herself all those years knowing she could have saved him, too
The official Mythbusters opinion (spoiler: they agree with you. James Cameron was not impressed).
Ask Bruce Nolan. He interviewed her on that boat beneath Niagara Falls. That and also, Michael Bay should really not be allowed to direct or produce a film ever again, ever (see Pearl Harbor).
Wasn't he also present and cheering when Orlando Bloom punched Justin Beiber?

Legolas wouldn't have missed. He would have quintuple-tapped him with arrows.

I like the corny-ness if its forced and obvious. Otherwise its poor writing and lack of effort
