I like to eat, so naturally I want to know what you guys are having for game day. Share it here. Oh yeah, I also like beer and bourbon, so we can share that also. Let's Go HOKIES!

We're up making barbecue, baked beans, corn, buffalo chicken dip, and sausage rotel dip for the party we're having tonight. I have no idea what everyone else is bringing but it's going to be great!
My favorite is the buffalo chicken dip though!
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
1 large can of chicken, finely shredded
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. of cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 28-30 minutes!
i made some of this for the first time a week ago! so good!
except instead of canned chicken, i just boil some chicken breasts and shred them myself
Similar to mine. My recipe:
3 boneless chicken breasts, poached & shredded
8 oz. blue cheese dressing
2-8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, give or take
3 celery stalks, chopped fine (sometimes use celery salt if I'm lazy)
Mother-in-law just dropped in out of the blue with clam chowder, Grouper sandwich, slaw and potato salad. Just dropped off the goods and left.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is an unprecedented omen/precursor/foreshadowing event all wrapped into one, that virtually guarantees greatness for the rest of the day.
Of course, the lone drawback (?, really now, did I say that?) is that I had to deviate my schedule and open a beer (okay 2 beers) earlier than my planned start for the UVA game. But when someone plants seafood in your lap, well...am I supposed to pop open a soda?
I think not.
What channel is the comedy special on?
Andy is winning...
And then I was like.....
I've got over 40 wings marinating now, Texas Pete wing sauce, garlic, jalapeos onion powder which I'll grill, and I've already cracked open dogfish head punkin ale and wild turkey American honey. gonna be a good day. Let's Go.
I'm laying low tonight. Pan-searing an 8oz beef filet to a nice medium-rare (cut from a tenderloin I trimmed myself. If you've never done it, research on youtube. A good way to keep costs down and still eat darn good food.). Gonna have some roasted potatoes with it. Just got back from the store with a make your own six pack and have FOUR different types of Sierra Nevada (Nooner, Blindfold, Snow Wit, Torpedo) and a couple lighter beers to finish.
Leftover BBQ.
I had a healthy day of food that was pretty close to actual horse food
Big ass salad
Mango/Banana/Strawberry Smoothies with Don Q
Yogurt with Granola
But then I got hungry right before kickoff so I seared the sh*t out of a steak in a skillet, then used the hot skillet to fry up some bacon.
