Virginia Tech Football is looking for a recruiting graduate assistant that will be highly motivated, great communicator, and at the forefront of new technological skills including such areas as social media, graphic design such as Photoshop while also having a foundation in football. 80% of this job will be focused on creation of graphics for the recruiting process. Presentation of previously done football graphics will be part of the hiring process. This person should aspire to be a NFL Scout, NFL front office staff, college Director of High School Relations or a college Director of Player Personnel in their career future. This position will be involved with recruiting visits both unofficial and official, mail correspondence processes, help with creating and maintaining prospect database, prospect academics and creative ideas in terms of all aspects of recruiting process. Will report to Director of Player Personnel. Need to be admitted into Virginia Tech Graduate School on your own merit. If 80% of his job involved being open and he aspired to be open all the time, then yes, I think he'd be a great fit to fill this opening.
