Great for him!

For some reason ever since Bruce Taylor I've always sort of doubted the successor at the mike spot from Bruce to Jack and then from Jack to Chase especially. But Chase really did a nice job and it was even more evident after he went down with injury last year.

As a lifelong Raider fan (it's painful) I think Chase has a chance to make an impact on special teams. Ken Norton is the new DC and if Chase brings the fire he usually plays with then I think it will be quickly noticed and rewarded.

23 years huh?? This must have been chase when he first started dreaming of and working towards the NFL.

But in all seriousness glad to see he made it. I love seeing Hokies in the league.

LB is probably the one area da Raiders are solid, hopefully he can make a big enough impression to make it as a special team/practice squad player

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
