A Belated Happy Birthday to Us

This is a little late, but yesterday we turned one.

I think over the past year The Key Play accomplished everything it initially set out to do, and more.

• Provide an in depth (un)-biased analysis of Hokie Football.
• Make jokes, mostly at our own expense.
• Overreact to every single Bryan Stinespring decision.
• Overload you with statistics.
• Have fun.
• Needle UVA.
• Breakdown film.

We broke a little bit of news, here, there and there and there and there.

I thought this would be a one man shop for a good while and am deeply fortunate that Eric, Kevin, Magdalyn, Josh and Steve thought enough of a then bare canvas to want to grab a brush. To everyone that's become a part of the community here by either authoring your own blog posts, posting in the forums, Photoshopping mascots doing deplorable or hilarious things, or commenting thank you! Thank you to everyone else who come by on a daily, or not so daily basis, to check out what slop we're serving up and to those who spread the word. This place is what it is because of y'all.

Here's hoping year two is bigger and better than year one.
