A wild turkey protesting the disputed result of the 2012 Sugar bowl is in danger of being removed from the University of Michigan's campus. While he has caused no harm, this peaceful protestor is being persecuted by the school's Pest Management Team.
Danny Coale's spirit animal is still fighting the good fight.

Heh. Dr. Gobbles. Made me giggle like a school girl for some reason
"Do not try to approach the turkey," Overton said. "We've gotten calls from people who have been trapped and unable to move because he's cornered them."
Really?
I only regret that I have but one leg to give to this gif. Bravo, good sir.
For some reason, this made me think of a video game, First Turkey shooter mode.
Someone save him for the 2020 visit to the Big House...
A "die-hard" michigan fan was hired into my team at work.
My first words out of my mouth - Danny Coale made that catch.
I haven't spoken to him since. Onward Fighting Gobbler!! Terrorize Harbaugh!
I had a new hire I was onboarding and he said "I went to WVU"
My response: "Did you bomb your SAT's or something?"
Now we don't even nod at each other at the coffee machine, and I'm fine with that.
Damn, that's cold
I am sure Harbough the caveman will eventually capture him with his bare hands and eat him raw unfortunately...
If this turkey was to trap/flog Harbaugh, It would prove he is evil. Even animals hate him, that or one of us is really good at black magic.
Dork magic, and I can assure you, that turkey was fully dipped.
"gobble gobble"
"what is it girl?"
"gobble gobble gobble"
"What's that? It was a catch?"
hahaha I laughed way too hard at that one. +1
Back in college, I lived in the country. Friend had a few turkeys at his place. I used to flip and hold my unbuttoned flannel shirt tail up in the air behind me like a turkey tail fan and sorta gobble (it's harder than it seems to sound like one of them) at him while turning side to side like they do when they display. The aggression this would trigger in that tame bird was amazing, and a lot of fun until he'd charge for real. Luckily, he didn't posses the spurs a wild turkey sports, although he did have vestiges, but I ran away from him a couple of times when he got too close.
Someone get Danny Coale on the phone. He catches everything.
We could also send Wilson up there!
Just remember Michigan, you brought this reign of terror upon yourselves.
Revenge may not have come swiftly, but it's here all the same.
IT WAS A CATCH
warning: overplaying a joke, but I'm gonna do it anyway

If my experience with Michigan and turkeys is any indication, it doesn't matter whether it's caught or not, they'll always say it wasn't controlled.
He should def. be brought to Blacksburg when he gets done punishing UM! Pretty smart bird if he knows which college team to root for and who to seek out revenge against!
If this is a wild turkey, and he's brought to Blacksburg, well, I think it's safe to say that as soon as hunting season starts, he'll be dinner on the table.
