@ClayTravisBGID watch Beilema instegate Cam Robinson, fake like he was shoved, then dance a jig to celebrate. pic.twitter.com/DYSSZdEkOMβ Anthony Jacks (@Coach_Jacks) October 12, 2015
What a jerk, I hope he gets suspended. Only thing worse then what he did has been his record at Arkansas. No wonder he hasn't been able to do squat at Arkansas, coaches are supposed to set the precedent for player behavior, and not act like a childish fool on the field. What's worse to me is how the refs completely didn't pay attention at all and fell for throwing a flag.

I thought he was a great coach/hire when he first came to Ark. Last season and a half have seriously convinced me otherwise.
Was that Bret Bielema or Manu Ginobili? I think even Vlade Divac would call that excessive. Maybe he's been watching a lot of European soccer lately.
He learned it from this guy.
thank god we didn't get this...

Can someone explain what's going on here?
its the magic spray.
i think its just cold spray to help numb so they can continue to play
it doesn't really do anything other than to make it look like the player is actually injured when he really isn't and was just diving in the first place
I think it does numb you up a little, but I also think it's a front to prove that the player 'needed treatment'
FTFY...South American teams are the absolute worst when it comes to diving...no argument
have you ever watched italians?
this...watching an Italian Serie A game is like watching a tragic comedy and opera all rolled into one
always cheating, same old Itey's
That behavior makes me wonder if he was hanging out with Sark the night before?!?
He should have gotten a flag for being out on the field.
That Field Judge should have gotten over there and called that off. He's in perfect position to see it. If I was him, I would've given Bielema an unsportsmanlike.
Lessons by LeBron

LeBron flops better than most fish out of water...it's comical to watch and infuriates me when he gets calls.
Could have been a retaliation flop. There were a lot of flops in that series.
"instegate"? Spelled egregiously wrong and used incorrectly. I know it's twitter, but sheesh.
Not to mention it is a gif of a gif
There is a segment of Hokie Nation which wants this guy to replace Frank.
Jus' sayin.
Chump move.... not as bad as soccer though... those players are the biggest pussies ever
You do realize that a lot of people on here played soccer right? Yeah there are some divas but its just like basketball they flop for the calls because they get them and this completely overlooks some of the badasses in the sport. Like players playing that had to get stitches in their heads right after the game or Petr cech playing a week after fracturing his damn skull.
I love playing soccer but won't watch it on tv because of the flopping. A few bad asses are overshadowed by the amount of wimpy crap that goes on. Until the Soccer governing body (Fifa, MLS, premier league) starts issuing penalties for flopping, I won't watch or attend. Nba is also crap for flops.
The NHL was starting to see that trash but the league has responded perfectly. Penalties for embellishment and monetary fines for habitual cases
Penalties for flopping exist, they call it 'simulation'. But it's inherently hard to discern in real time what is flopping and what is not. It's worth a caution.
In my memory, the worst teams for this are the Italians and the Portuguese, but I only really pay attention at World Cup time.
yes but it's getting better. it's nowhere near the point where the whole thing is removed from the game, but it's not as bad as it once was. refs are cracking down it more and more. i've seen players sent off for simulation (that being their second yellow). eventually, when players realize they're as likely to be booked for diving as getting the call, they'll do it far less frequently.
there's diving in all sports, especially in the pool...i'll see myself out
I do realize that and I know it happens in basketball, hockey and other sports but soccer takes the cake for flops, and its not even close.
Sorry dude, soccer players are most definitely NOT pussies...myself included. Soccer players DO flop/dive a little excessively at times, but make no mistake, this has NOTHING to do with their toughness. It's all about trying to gain any little advantage, as well as play mind games with the opposition. If the referee is calling flops, it makes the opponent think twice about heading in for a challenge hard, thus you can do more damage as an attacker.
I personally don't like flopping (I have done it before, cue embarrassed face) but it's a part of the game. But I repeat, soccer (the REAL football players ;)) players are not pussies. End of story.
not saying all soccer players are pussies or flop, but they do it the most and it makes the game unbearable to watch. I don't think soccer players are tough to begin with, but I was talking about them being pussies because of their cowardly acts just to get an advantage on the other team. Players usually show no sign of pain or injury approx. 3 seconds after flopping, which makes them look like pussies.... you can agree to disagree but they are pussies... sorry dude.
I will agree with you here. I played a lot of soccer in my day and it really pains me to watch it on tv. Seeing 95% of players fake injuries to get one call then stand up immediately and start sprinting down the field ruins the sport. Yeah sometimes they make them walk out of bounds but then as soon as play resumes, they run right back on. I would like to see a rule where if you go down with an "injury" you have to sit off for like 5 minutes before returning to the field. Having your team play a man down for 5 minutes would prevent a lot of the injury faking, IMO.
Come on. That is just weak. I mean if your gonna do it, go 100%.

And in honer of Miami week:
Should have been an unsportsmanlike on the punter for kicking 31 in the ballsack.
In defense of soccer players, that second GIF is Luis Suarez...NOBODY likes Suarez. NOBODY. He's the biggest wuss and jerk I've ever seen. Don't count him against soccer, take him out of the equation...hate that guy....
Speak for yourself. I'd take Suarez back on Liverpool any day of the week. Hated his flopping, but 31 goals and however many other assist/chances created is hard to argue with. There is an ESPN magazine article on him that was surprisingly good that I'd suggest for those that hate him.
you and I both, brother. i watch Barca games just for him
I guess that whole "Bielema might leave for the NFL this offseason" chatter has died down some.
I root against him at all times.
Speaking from experience fans of his own teams have rooted against him in the past. Wisconsin people are pretty nice and when they're actively cheering and throwing parties because you left their school (even though you were successful) you're probably a dick
and apparently he gets after other coaching staffs with his childish behavior...what a guy
This is so absurdly low it is beyond words that could be summarized in two or three paragraphs, let alone a board like this.
If you want Bret Bielema to go away forever, SHARE THIS THREAD ON FACEBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doing it in 3...2...1....
Share it, dudes (and gals). This man is a disgrace.
was that this year? hilarious! out come the handbags
here he is at yesterday's Ukraine v Spain Euro qualifier in an attempt to not be recognized...or is he in fact a Sith Lord? you decide:
Let me show you my shocked face:

Did he REALLY just do that?! Lost all respect for Bielema just now. I don't care who you are, what level you coach at, or what sport you play, you don't taunt a player like that, fake like you got shoved, and then celebrate like a 4 year old getting ice cream after. Especially as a coach, you have to set the example for the players.
Definitely a busch league move, on the other hand it is nice to see a coach with some passion and drive trying to do things to get his team some wins...
I don't understand this perspective at all. I've seen five year old kids with more class thab that. What if that player gets suspended for pushing another team's coach? Does that count as "trying to help your team win"?
To me this was disgusting to watch. If you want to win the game so badly, coach better. Play better. Scheme better. Don't try to get cheap yards by acting like a ten year old on the playground. If a Virginia Tech coach did something like this, I would never support them again until they were gone. Absolutely no class, respect for the game, or for the players. What an embarassment.
I mean come on Tonya Harding was just showing some fire and trying to win /s
And I said I agree I didn't like the move, but having passion for coaching and the team is something we have been lacking for years and would be nice to see on the Tech Sidelines...
Screw that, the win at any cost attitude has no place in college sports.
Don't confuse this with passion.
It's amazing how much mentally energy people put into finding ways to bash Beamer...
It's amazing that the SEC and Ark have just ignored this and it really has just faded away.
