TKP Fantasy Football - Week 6

Week six is in the books, with a tie at the top of our power rankings - 6-0 Enter Sandman has knotted themselves up with 4-2 Team Koma (and since they're undefeated, I'll even give them the tiebreaker, since the power rankings don't matter!). We also saw three of our top ten falling out this week. Sorry to the Dirty Birds, Pastor of Muppets, and Team Suck a Ditka - I'm sure we'll see you again.

Here's the link to the power rankings spreadsheet (filterable by league).

An explanation of rankings:
Overall Rank: Average rank of the four ranks below (from 1-10/12, depending on your league size, with 1 being the best).
Power Rating Rank: Rank of the Power Rating, a weighted ranking stat that I found on the internet dot com. It is comprised of a team's total points (60%), average points (20%), max points (10%) and min points (10%).
Standings Rank: Rank of the team's W-L record
Weekly Breakdown Rank: Rank of the average Weekly Breakdown; the Weekly Breakdown is a stat that ranks how many points a team scored in each week compared to the rest of their league.
Total Points Scored Rank: Rank of a team's total points scored over the span of the season

With that explanation out of the way, here are the top 10 teams in TKP Fantasy through six weeks:

  1. Enter Sandman (Danny Coale Conference, Overall Rank: 1.50, last week #2)
  2. Team Koma (Frank Beamer Conference, Overall Rank: 1.50, last week #1)
  3. Party Like A Gronk Star (Sam Rogers Conference, Overall Rank: 1.67, last week 9)
  4. Kuhn on the Cobb (Bud Foster Conference, Overall Rank: 1.79, last week #5)
  5. Catticus' Finches (Vincent and Nina Fuller Conference, Overall Rank: 2.21, last week #3)
  6. Team Needs a Name (Bud Foster Conference, Overall Rank: 2.33, last week #7)
  7. Team Daniballsdeep (Frank Beamer Conference, Overall Rank: gross, last week still gross)
  8. Tobacco Road Infiltrators (Danny Coale Conference, Overall Rank: 2.67, last week #6)
  9. Taste the DwayneBowe (Sam Rogers Conference, Overall Rank: 2.92, last week NR)
  10. To Hover is Divine (Vincent and Nina Fuller Conference, Overall Rank: 3.08, last week NR)

I unfortunately don't have time to recap any games this week, so sound off in the comments about the best/worst matchups of the week!

DANIBALLS AINT PLAYED NOBODY PAWWWWLL

@historyhokie.bsky.social

I lost to someone who didn't event set a lineup. I have no valid excuses.

The Orange and Maroon you see, that's fighting on to victory.

We are all playing catch up to Enter Sandman in Danny Coale league. He is stacked.

Wet stuff on the red stuff.

Hopefully nobody has caught on to my strategy of tanking for the top pick in next year's draft

daniballs dm'ed me this week:

I haven't even looked at [Real Diehls] but like does he leave players on bye weeks not benched what is happening

Bulletin board material for week 11 IMO

@historyhokie.bsky.social

That's what I want her to think.

Minor major setback for a major comeback.

My team is the sadz. Jamaal Charles is now out for the year, and every week I struggle with the decision to bench Peyton over Eli. Then each week I think this is the week Peyton will rebound. Then I am wrong. :(

He will rebound this week. I predict no picks or sacks.

I hear that bye is pretty tough. defense is giving up 0 points a game.

Anybody need a QB in the Beamer conference? I have 2.5.
