For those of you that were with us til the super sweet end, welcome to another day with a winning record in the ACC!! The Hokies come in off a gritty, come from behind win over the NC State Wolfpack in Overtime. Tech trailed by as many as 16 points late in the first half before a Hokies run brought the game a bit closer. The defense and scoring of TYRONE Hudson and Seth Allen, yes that Seth Allen, were the critical turning points in this win. Both Zach Leday and Kerry Blackshear came close to adding double doubles as well.
GAMEDAY! @VT_MBBall hosts UVA tonight at 9 pm in Cassell! Can't wait! https://t.co/HVRE8KSEEN pic.twitter.com/xwM2otDvml— VT Promotions (@VTPromos) January 4, 2016
All of those niceties aside, things don't slow down for the Hokies, as they get the top ranked team in the conference and in state rival tonight. UVA comes to Blacksburg ranked #4 in the country. They have top wins over #12 Villanova, #14 WVU, Notre Dame and Ohio State. They come in on an 11 game winning streak with their only loss this season an early let down against George Washington. This is a team that plays defense first second and third and this season seems to have found an offense to match. Tony Bennett and his pack line defense always keep teams low scoring (8th Nationally in Avg Points Against) but usually the team has holes on the offensive end. Not so this season as the Cavaliers come in averaging a respectable 75.7 PPG which is slightly less than the 77.4 PPG being put in by the Hokies. The Cavaliers come in having won seven straight and five straight at Cassell against the Hokies. A nice summary of how those games have fared can be found here.

The Senior class is critical for this Wahoo's team, starting with Malcolm Brogdon, (#15), 6'5, 217 Lbs Guard, who is averaging 16.8 PPG, 4.3 RPG and 3 APG from the shooting guard role. Brogdon shoots better than 40% from outside and also better than 80% from the line. Brogdon is their do everything guy defensively as well, constantly using his big body to make it difficult for opposing guards to get into a rhythm.
Shots from the foul line come at a premium though for UVA, averaging just over 18 attempts per game, so barring a significant change, this shouldn't hurt us dramatically. Part of this is their high offensive efficiency but also the fact that they only pull in 10 offensive rebounds per game on average this season so not a lot of second chance points for the Cavaliers. One thing to keep in mind is that UVA's top six scorers this season all shoot better than 75% from the free throw line so in close games there really will not be a good person to foul.
The flip side of this coin though is that the Cavaliers rarely foul their opponents, who average less than 17 attempts. Considering the Hokies are still averaging almost 30 attempts per game, it will be something to watch for as this game gets going. Whichever of these teams keeps it closer to their average would have a big advantage in what should be a low scoring affair.

The next Senior to keep an eye on will be Anthony Gill, (#13) 6'8, 230 Lbs Forward, who is averaging 15.2 PPG and 6.3 RPG while shooting almost 60% from the floor, all inside, and 77% from the line as well. Gill and Brogdon run quite a few pick and rolls so expect to see them isolate to one side quite often in this game. Gill comes in averaging almost 19 PPG over the last six contests so expect him to be the hot hand that needs focus down low.

The only other Wahoo in double figures this season is London Perrantes, (#32) 6'2, 189 Lbs, Junior Guard, who is effectively their point guard, handling the ball at the top most often. He comes in averaging 10.4 PPG, 2.9 RPG, and 4.6 APG. Perrantes is like Bibbs, deadly from outside, currently shooting 55% from behind the arc, so we can ill afford to let him get in a groove outside.

The Senior theme continues with Mike Tobey, (#10), 6'11, 253 Lbs Center who is averaging 7.8 PPG and 4.2 RPG also shooting almost 60% from the floor and a measly 75% from the line. The combination of Tobey and Gill will be a true test for our combination of big men. The last few games these two have been monsters, prior to that Tobey disappeared for much of their OOC slate. If their strong play inside continues we could be in for a long afternoon in the paint. If Tobey disappears than the task of defending Gill alone becomes much easier.

Darius Thompson (#51) 6'4, is the third starting guard for Tony Bennett, as a Sophomore, the youngest of the top five for UVA. He is averaging 8.1 PPG, 2.2 RPG and 1.9 APG as the rotational guard, used primarily to create space for Perrantes and Brogdon near the top of the key. He also shoots better than 40% from outside so not someone you can just slouch off of or he will knock down a big one.

If any of the guards get into early foul trouble, expect to see a combination of two Sophomores, Marial Shayok (#4) 6'6, 200 Lbs and Devon Hall (#0), 6'5, 210 Lbs. They combine for about 30 minutes per game, giving the Cavaliers 8.6 PPG, 4 RPG, and 4 APG. The forwards are backed up by Isaiah Wilkins (#21) 6'8, 205 Lbs Step Son of Dominique "The Human Highlight Film" Wilkins. Isaiah gives the Cavaliers 4.5 PPG and 4 RPG in about 21 minutes per game.

You guys have heard the term "Pack Line Defense" thrown about regarding UVA on several occasions. So what does it mean? It is a high pressure, man to man defense that sags to the middle of the court. It is designed to prevent penetration by driving the basketball. The "pack line" is an imaginary line two feet inside the three point line that all defenders not guarding the current ball handler are never supposed to be outside of. The defender that is on the ball handler is expected to be up close, hand in face to create turnovers on the outside.
One other critical aspect of this defense that is different than most is that it's designed to deny the baseline. Defenders are taught to position themselves to not allow any baseline penetration, relying on help defense to close down an adjusted drive to the center of the lane. At the top of the post, expect to see defenders attempt to position themselves somewhat in front of the opposing offensive player to prevent the easy pass to the top of the lane. The key weakness of this defense is if a team gets a large lead on you, than they are free to pass the ball around the perimeter to run clock. Unfortunately with the skill of the players that UVA has recruited, that doesn't happen very often. Tony Bennett draws this defense from his father, Dick Bennett, who is considered the developer of this style of defense while he coached at Washington State University.
Bennett has his team running what is called a Blocker Mover Offense on the other end of the court. This is a variation of the Motion Offense, allowing the primary ball handler at the top of the key to attempt to use a screen provided by one of two lane personnel near the top of the key. At the point of the screen, the ball handler decides either to drive the lane, kick out to an open shooter or attempt a down low pass to their second lane player, who usually moves across the basket down at the baseline block to create space for the driving guard. The defensive rotation is what drives the guard's decision making process as he assesses what is in front of him. The guard essentially has three options coming off the pick or can spin back out to reset for another play. The key for the Hokies will be to limit the times where we allow dribble penetration by Perrantes or Brogdon or allow a clean pass into the lower lane player for an easy layup.
This game is going to come down to three things, dribble penetration for both teams, execution at the free throw line, and offensive rebounding by the Hokies. If the Hokies are the better team at these three areas, than they could put this losing streak to the Cavaliers behind them. Get the better of the Wahoos in two out of three areas and give yourself a chance. Let UVA win these areas and its another long night in Cassell for us fans. The Hokies will definitely need to win the offensive rebounding battle to get more shots and second chance points against the Wahoos to keep us in this game. Whichever team gets to the rim more consistently with the ball will do one of two things, run up the score on baskets or ramp up the free throw attempts, which could go a long way in deciding this contest. One last thing that will be critical for the Hokies is that Justin Bibbs needs to find his shot from outside to keep the Wahoos honest in guarding him outside. This could be a key factor in allowing Allen, Hudson and Leday the needed space to drive into the lane against the Cavaliers.
It's a home game, they delivered in a tough situation on Saturday, its against a rival and a top 5 team at that. All the recipe for these guys being amped up, now Buzz just needs to keep them focused. I believe we have the talent, size and speed required to break this defense tonight. It obviously would be better with Clarke or Ahmed Hill but going with what we have should cause the Cavaliers fits. Allen needs to repeat his defensive performance against Brogdon and our bigs need to be smart with their fouls. Leday and Allen at the free throw line late in this one again are the difference. Tech wins 65-63, hanging on against a late charge from UVA.
Lady Hokies came up a few votes short this week, sitting at #27 in the latest AP Top 25 Poll. Still a big step forward for the Ladies as they moved to 13-1, 1-0 on the year with their win against Boston College. The Ladies next take the court at Louisville (10-5, 2-0) at 7PM on Thursday. Game will be available on ESPN3/WatchESPN App.

Comments
Haha, a miracle indeed. Go Hokies!
Frikkin' wahoos.
I doubt that most basketball fans are going to be watching this game since #2 Oklahoma will be playing #1 Kansas at the same time, but the X and O junkies should love this one. Buzz Williams vs Tony Bennett. 2 coaches who get their teams to play extremely hard. It'll be fun to watch these two match wits tonight (and years to come).
Reporting in. I was at Cassell on Saturday for that amazingness and I'm hoping the good guys keep the winning streak alive tonight.
I LOVE an informed opinion giving me a prediction of a Hokie upset!

And an upset over the HOOs?
Well then, I'm already 3 deep. Let's get it on.
Not related to tonight's game but I figured here is a good place to ask: If Chris Clarke misses the rest of the season, can he redshirt or has he played in too many games? Anyone know?
Sadly I think he has played too many games, could be wrong about that though.
According to the NCAA rule on medical redshirt he should be able to apply for one since he played in less than half of our scheduled games.
...come on man, this wvu-tcu game needs to hurry up and end
If you pull the game up on watchespn, you can watch it from the start.
Game is on ESPNNews until that game is over
Please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck, please don't suck,
Will the refs in this TCU/WVU games swallow the whistles already!
Jesus. Watching VT play against this defense is just painful.
I know LeDay gives us some hustle, but boy is he a liability on the offensive end against quality opponents.
Amendment: BIG props to LeDay for his second half offense. Wow! A lot of times he takes less than ideal shots down low. But what a great performance tonight.
Sloppy basketball all around so far. Our guys doing a good job getting their hands in passing lanes
Buzz has got a sharp blazer on - over/under on how long is stays on? 10 minute mark?
Over. Damn that thing is nice.
Off at the 7 minute mark - maybe a bit sooner.
Buzz is looking super snazzy in that maroon suit tonight.
Bibbs buries the 3 off a nice pass!
Good, good. Foul out their big man before halftime.
LeDay sure likes to make use of the iron on his free throw attempts.
it just goes with the narrative that nothing is easy with this team so far. lol
Barber already on Buzz's back on Twitter. Not a good look
Berman is pathetic.
Actual question: how does he still have a job? If I kept getting my name dragged through the mud publicly by my company's customers because I'm an ass I would have been pulled in for a serious conversation with my boss by now.
I have honestly been asking myself this same thing lately. It's one thing to take a shot or two in an effort to be edgy or funny, but to be such a consistent ass towards the people and program you're supposed to cover is categorically unprofessional. It can't be that hard to get someone to write about a college basketball program, really. Fire him and hire someone that might actually care.
What TKP'ers need to do is write to the RT management and complain to them directly. All publicity is good publicity - or so they say.
There isn't a good way to reach out to them other than social media, but that might actually be more powerful. Public opinion can turn quickly on Facebook and Twitter.
I'm all for more responisble coverage of VT athletics from RT, but an angry mob o' twitter users probably isn't necessary...... Yet.
I wish Buzz or the athletic dept would blackball thse guys for a month. The RTD needs VT a whole lot more than tech needs them. Someone needs to remind Berman, Barber and Bitter they are all easily replaceable.
Is it a little warm in here? Because these guys appear pretty thirsty.
There's complaining about Buzz's punctuality and yelling, then there's this:
Be prepared for a tidal wave of petty comments for weeks. Buzz lost the media but he doesn't give a shit:
Seems like everyone is hopping on the "Hate on VT Basketball" train
Sounds like he has a woody for snarky tweets.
TALK SHIT ABOUT BUZZ ALL YOU WANT BUT THAT BLAZER IS BEYOND REPROACH. #firemikebarber
He is so petty. What an ass.
How can hear what Buzz is saying if the media's seating location is so bad?
The offense is looking really aggressive tonight - an getting some calls because of it. Unfortunately, the free throw line is not our friend.
Make. Your. Free. Throws. Please.
Bibbs - draino!
A big night from Bibbs would be huge. He's on his way.
His stroke is so pretty.
Our defensive intensity has been turned up a few notches!
I know UVA isn't shooting that great so far, but let's get real for a moment: VT is playing outstanding D tonight.
Those two things might be related - just sayin'
It's hard to knock down jumpers when you always have a hand in your face.
Playing tough and energetic on both ends, hopefully there is enough depth and stamina to sustain this pace.
Nice D to pick up that charge!
We're watching Blackshear grow up fast tonight.
Great take on that charge by robinson!
That was a fantastic charge.
Seth Allen 4 QB. That was a rocket.
Taking a lead into the half. Our guys are playing so intense right now and LOLuva is just going through the motions.
I love Kerry Blackshear, even before Clarke went out he was becoming our most important freshmen because of how he is such a mismatch down low on most teams. Thats twice he has manhandled Gill in this game.
He is so fluid underneath the basket. His body control is ridiculous for someone his size.
Hokies look like they are having fun out there. Solid first half!
Very impressed so far with the effort, if we hadn't started off so cold from the field we'd be up double digits
...and the free throw line, but I'm optimistic that will improve over the season
Team is locked in right now, keep it going boys!
20 minutes. Finish strong Hokies.
Up 5 at half! Let's keep it going in the 2nd half.
I didn't realize Bibbs played with Ben Simmons and D'Angelo Russell in Highschool. A cool fact.
Really liking the fouls piling up on UVa's bigs, really evens out the rosters forcing them to play smaller. Let's see how Buzz schemes in the second half to keep this up.
Blackshear has the goods! And just a freshman! I like going to him hard in the second half with the UVA big men in foul trouble.
I think we can, I think we can, I think we can, I think we can...
So apparently UVA has a tendency to explode at the beginning of the second half this year. If so, I hope we can weather that storm fairly well. And keep with the defensive hustle. That's been really impressive this game.
Poor possession to start the half there and a bad foul on the rebound.
OMG LEDAY
Allen's gotta kick that to the corner.
Hudson needs to get aggressive. We are a better team when he scores the basketball.
Defense seems to have forgotten how to rotate
Leday with the 3-point set shot!
Frikkin wahoos.
I'm hating these announcers.
We don't want to get into a 3 point shooting contest with UVA. I'm not saying it again.
OK, maybe just once more...
He can't shoot like that forever
CAN WE GET A FUCKING HAND IN HIS FACE???
Like we did in the first half.
That Parrentes guy has a very punch able face/haircut
And celebration
yeah. It's the dumb bobblehead taunt made worse by that haircut.
The other night, I got stuck watching UVA-ND because my girlfriend's sister is a Hoo. When not complaining about how I'd seen higher scoring baseball games, I noticed how much I hate UVA's team based solely on their collective haircuts.
I don't know how, but sometimes I forget how much I absolutely loathe LOLuva. Perrantes is killing us. As a side note, I hate his hair.
Perrantes came in shooting 55% from outside. No excuse to let him start the half with four threes. Three uncontested no less. Frustrating to watch our early hard work pissed away so quickly.
Perrantes: The UVA Bobblehead...
Last year it was Anderson
I hate how there's a former UVA bball player doing color for this game.
His UVA boner is showing.
He does a ton of our games.
Seth is looking like a legit PG tonight. Nice to see.
Allen with the dimes!
There is such a thing as a good foul when a guy gets that hot. You pulverize him once and get in his head.
I wanted to say that but was afraid of the response I would get. I agree 100%. Put him on the ground and see if he keeps making tough jumpers. I doubt it.
LeDay all day
L3Day!
also known as TEDay?
Clever, leg!
Cassell is getting loud!
I see your Perrantes, and I raise you a LeDay.
Chris Clarke looking like Chris Angel in the all black and necklace.
I hope someone snagged that clip of Chris Clarke doing the "mind. blown." motion on the sideline and turned it into a .gif because that's how I'm feeling about LeDay right now.
Henry with another bad foul. Let me have Pierce out there so there is some hope of offense to go with the silly fouls.
"we just hung in there.... it was a blow for blow fight"
Blackshear looks like the complete package. Nice pass.
We will not go quietly into the night!
LeDay came to play tonight. Great body control around the rim.
Allen playing smarter tonight with the distribution. I like how quickly he's seemingly matured.
Our passing tonight is beautiful
Zach LeAllDamnDay
How is that not a foul on Brogdon absolutely dismantling LeDay's legs in the paint?
Fuck yes let's go!!
Vintage Buzz. I love it.
So happy to see this team staying tough and not folding up. So awesome to see UVA players looking around at each other wondering what hit them.
I think we have more games like this in our future
Oh Yeah - if Allen gets hot. . .
I BELIEVE.
I dont understand how you are supposed to stop a guy from driving in today's basketball. Devin bodied up the kid and was giving ground and was whistled. What else is he supposed to do?
THAT WAS ALL BALL YOU BLIND SONS OF BITCHES
He was also completely out of control. Basically channeling James Harden. He wasn't looking to score. Just get fouled.
As a Rockets fan, I... cannot dispute that.
Lol Nothing against James Harden. He's a great player.
Terrible officiating last couple trips
UVa is getting the calls because they are being more aggressive. We got those in the first half for the same reason. We need to get that aggressiveness back.
Wow! Terrible Terrible Terrible call.
BULL
SHIT
What an absolute bullshit blocking call
How in the hell was that not a charge!?!
Fuck. That. Shit. I hope you enjoy those two free points you LOLUVA jackasses.
BOOM!
Unbelievable that its only UVA 5th foul right there. Says everything about these officials that you need to.
I love that the ESPN mike caught someone yelling horseshit during the replay of that "foul."
So why is every play call not drawn up for Bibbs?
Cause we have Leday and Allen.
Bibbs just needs to shoot the ball about 10 more times a game
Most of our inbounds plays are. I've seen us set up Bibbs for the catch and shoot in the corner more than a dozen times this season.
My god. As bad as the officiating has been, we have absolutely got to pull that rebound there. That is super frustrating.
At least Wilson got the good foul to make Gill earn these two at the stripe.
Need to start driving to the hoop. Refs are whistle happy right now - we need to get ours.
Like we did in the first half.
Is it too much to ask for Donlon to hit the game winner? Just a nice little added "fuck you."
He and I used to room together if he did that I would shit a brick
The end of the NCAT game when he came in, scored, and Cassell went nuts was probably my favorite moment of Hokie basketball ever.
Doesn't this feel like every other UVA game in Cassell? Teased into thinking we're gonna pull off the upset only to have UVA beat us by 3 points?
Officials screwing up new speed up rules in terms of timeout/media timeout being within 30 seconds of each other there. Not surprised they dont know the rules after this half.
Cause LeDay Rocks. LeDay Rocks. LeDay Rocks.
BOOM!
TAKE THAT THREE REFS
WE'RE GOING TO SCORE ANYWAY
UVa giving VT a lot of hope right now. Nicely played. VT has eight point lead.
You're damn right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my tits
Now the foul line will make or break us in these last few minutes. Really have to hit our free throws now.
Kind of losing my mind after that little sequence. Sorry neighbors.
Don't let up now guys. Put them away soundly. Leave no doubt.
11 point lead!!!!!!
Wow. 11.
LET'S GO HOKIES
UVa sweating a bit.
Loving this energy right now
Make our free throws, win the game.
I hope we can drain our free throws to close this one out!
TOO MUCH TIME. Come on.
Quality possessions that eat the clock from here on out will net us a W.
Seems to be a decent crowd there. They're getting rewarded for showing up.
Come on boys. Steady and sturdy here.
Wow 16 TOs for LOLuva!
Come on, fellas.
Need to make the free throws.
Make those free throws!
Oh god. Oh god. This could happen.
Oh goddammit. That was silly.
I CAN'T SIT DOWN!!
Free throws guys
YES!
I heard a whistle and thought the refs called LeDay, so I preemptively started yelling at the TV. Now I feel dumb.
Please make 1
Please make these
SOMEONE HIT A FREE THROW! WE'RE BLOWING IT!
Wow. This is too close for comfort.
Of course that kid would hit a three. I would call bullshit if this was a pickup game.
Crap - gotta make FTs if we want to win close games.
Good foul.
Allen has to make both here.
Please please please
YES!
DOWN WITH THE HOOS!!!
YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT!!!!!! SUCK IT LOLuva!
Take that you bobble headed douche!!
JUST LIKE FOOTBALL
Suck it, wahoos!
Guys!
We're still undefeated in conference play!
We'll take it.
Just like football!!!!
2-0 in the ACC! Well done Hokies. Well done.
That is a sweet one, boys and girls!
#1hourand45minutes
YESSSSSSSSS
Yes!!!!!
Feeling like Delaney / Allen's 2nd year. Things start to come together.
Eckk! That thing never did "come together"
Bennett so salty hahaha
Classic UVA
Thanks Buzz!
Yeeessss Baby!
Wooooohooooooo!
GOBBLE GOBBLE MOTHER FUCKERS
YES. YES. YES. I LOVE EVERYTHING. I LOVE YOU ALL. GOOOOO HOKIEEEES.
I just love how one of the only things that gets mentioned after we beat a top 5 team is how we lost to Alabama State. Whatever. GO HOKIES!
that and being called VAAAAAH Tech...always annoys me!
I watched the upset here in Watertown, NY. Congrats Buzz & Team
Got em baby! !!! Better believe it. Scared me at the line but that matches our ACC total from last year. Way to go boys!!
Know idea what Buzz did in that locker room pre ACC play, but glad he did not let the media whiners decide when it ended.
WE DID IT! WE FINALLY DID IT! ALL THOSE CLOSE LOSSES TO UVA AND WE FINALLY GOT 'EM!
THIS FEELS GREAT!!!!!!
This Duke game will be hype.
I am gonna talk so much shit to the Hoos at work tomorrow
Any way to watch post game presser live?
You're gonna have to wait 2 hours /s
If it helps us win the next two, I'll wait gladly :)
JUST
LIKE
FOOT
BALL
GET USED TO IT, HOO BITCHES
Don't forget the sweep in baseball!
Ahhhh yeeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh!
What's better than a Tech win? A loluva loss!
IF YOU ARE IN BLACKSBURG GO TO THE GAMES!!!! GREAT WIN
edit: watched this in Wilmington, NC with work tomorrow at 6
GO HOKIES! A few more made free throws would have saved a bit of stress at the end. What a great effort switching, double teaming and just harassing UVA all night.
srrsly. when Robinson went to the line and they flashed that stat of us being 10-13 or something, I thought wow, we're having a great FT night, we have this locked up. Then 1-2, 0-2, 1-2 got a little dicey. Whew.
How's that hour and 45 minutes now!!
It was magical!
This is always an automatic upvote
nail biter at the end but glad our Hokies pulled off the win. GO HOKIES!!!
Wonder how much of a better seed we will be than LOLUVA...
Too soon?
Guess we won that three point shooting contest huh Mr Announcer/Former Hoo? No patience for such biased announcing.
To be fair to the guy, at least he owned up to it and admitted he was wrong later in the broadcast.
He was forced to admit that he spoke too soon.
To his credit, he did.
I owe you an apology. I scoffed when I read your prediction. I'm sorry. I was so wrong
I thought we could!!!!!!!!
....so did I, so did I.
The storm is just beginning to get started. Look out ACC, maybe not this year but real soon. Keep looking over your shoulder. LOVE IT!!!
I'M NEVER WEARING PANTS AGAIN!
#BUZZ4PREZ
We will definitely be getting Duke's best effort after how we played them last year and our 2-0 start.
Aaaaand...there go the usual suspects at the sabre...

I cannot stand thesabre. It's negativity is unreal. I'm all for having some fun at your rivals expense, albeit in a friendly manner.
But those jerks at the sabre get under my skin....and I don't even post there. Fuck those guys.
But didn't you know? LOLuva is IVY league. They are so superior in every way. That they would lose to a lowly little school from Southwest Virginia is but a hitch in their endgame. /s
We could beat them in every sport for 20 years and they would still look down their noses at Virginia Tech. Two schools which are arguably equal academically, yet if you utter that around a HOO be prepared to be berated by their ultimate superiority complex.
The sabre. "Home of unearned contempt"
Worst case scenario for this season; we show up as a "bad loss" on UVA's resume in March.
LTREPETER2000 IS A GENIUS AND A VISIONARY. LETS GOOOO
HOKIESSSSS!
ltrepeter2000 is a profit...
Yes he is more revenue then cost.
Great win , worth a fortune to see that "Silly" grin wiped off Perrentes face.
Anyone got screencaps? Need to start rubbing this in as soon as possible.
GIFTORY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Hope Buzz makes the press wait three hours tonight.
UVA fans: "Eh whatever, we still have a better quidditch team"
Isn't our Quidditch team like #1 nationally?
Edit: Not anymore :/
Hell to the yes. Suck it hoos. And get a damn haircut.
EVERYTHING IS AWESOME
I have to admit, I wasn't really expecting that.
We bak.
Saw this on the twitter and felt like it should be shared:
Is that donv310...does he still do the post game wrap ups on YouTube?
Hasn't done one since 2014 UVA ;(
Did we storm the court?
No students, no court storming, which is a damn shame.
Looks like a few people made it down there from what I saw during the postgame handshakes, but not a big crowd circa Duke 2011. The student section appeared pretty empty for such a big game. Disappointing even considering break
I did! Not many followed, but whatever
Definitely some people, but not a huge fracas and they were able to control it pretty well.
