CBS Sports NFL Prospects: Isaiah Ford

CBS Sports is doing articles on 2017 draft prospects and today they released one on Ford.

The article points out his strengths and weaknesses but seems confident he will be our best player on offense.

So while there will be plenty of question marks early in the season for the Hokies on offense, Ford should again be the star of the show. And although he might not be elite in any one area, his short-area quickness, field vision and production have attracted NFL attention.

It is nice to see Hokie players getting recognized, especially on the offensive side.

He looks pretty ripped in some of the recent photos that have surfaced, I am guessing he is taking advantage of the new strength coach and our world class dining facilities...

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

Ford stays focused at the catch point, but he isn't a strong traffic target and is clearly at his best when given space to work.
