How many of y'all go and watch high school football throughout the season in Virginia or adjacent states? How many of you might watch players committed to Virginia Tech, or those that have offers? Would anyone care to share notes with the rest of the class here on what they watched? If there are a healthy number of responses, a weekly high school thread where we can all share what we see under the Friday night lights might be in order. I know I'd appreciate what's happening down in the 757, and some of you might want to know what's going on with the NOVA prospects.
With the editorial schedule here, I can't commit to many games, but French and I plan to see Stonewall Jackson (Greg Stroman and Tim Settle) and C. D. Hylton (Travon McMillian).
I think this could be a great resource for the community here. So, if you're a regular high school football goer, or someone looking to refamiliarize with the autumn air, let us know here if you'd be willing to contribute some insight.
