All that to say that the refs were scared of pissing off a coach and not the other way around! I cannot believe Pitt never even got a sideline warning, much less Narduzzi didn't get fucking ejected! Fuck!! I have never seen anything like that in my life!

I gotta give Palmer some dap here, at the beginning of the game he was saying that the refs were allowing a lot of contact while the ball was in the air, but after the PI against us in the end zone, he started to talk about how the PI calls were not consistent. As the game wore on, he adjusted and started to point out how bad the non-PI calls were.

We escaped the dreaded catsup, beat Pitt and helped give Narduzzi high blood pressure. Those ref's will hopefully be banned for the rest of the season. They held or PI'd on just about every damn play in the game.

Amen! I really, truly appreciate Fuente keeping his cool on the sidelines and not whining to the referees every time there was some contact or a player breathed on a receiver. Definitely appeared to have the attitude of "Control what we can control and don't worry about the rest." FAM AND FUENTE BOTH START WITH F!!!!

I had to watch the game from work tonight, and its prob a good thing cause this game would've made me pound beers all night. I just want to say that this team showed some real toughness tonight. Pitt kept punching and we punched right back, that more than anything made me so happy to see. Some thing I noted:
1. Jerod Evans is the man
2. Bowl eligible in October
3. The 2016 Virginia Tech Hokies Revenge Tour now stands at 4-0 against teams we lost to last year...with one more to go in Duke in 10 days.
4. And most importantly, this team is growing up before our eyes and it is the most fun I've had watching Hokies football in 5 years.
