Weekly Weather Report Hate Week

Weeeellllll last week was pretty fun, winning our first game in such a historic venue with an epic comeback (one that Brian Kelly had only suffered once in his career) for a 1-0 record against a historically great opponent...I mean what more could you want? With the acc championship on the line and the wahoos coming to town this could lead to an interesting week. Hopefully we continue the streak and beat the wahoos once more and go on to the ACC championship while also setting their confidence in their coach back for another year!

Lets take a peek at the weather this weekend shall we?! Fall finally showed up...seriously how warm has this season been amiright? The weather should be pretty nice for the game tomorrow at this time of year. With a high pressure system coming through you can bet that the cloud cover is going to be clearing out very nicely. What we like to call the freezing line will be falling just short of Blacksburg as well, temperatures should stay above freezing for a good portion of the day especially during gametime. Being such an early kickoff (bleh) will never allow the temperatures to get to chilly during game time. I would definitely still bring a heavy jacket however as temperatures will get a little bit chilly. However precipitation and cloud cover will not be an issue (sun in the eyes might though) likewise winds coming out of the northwest should be rather weak with the high kind of far off on the western portion of kentucky.

How it effects the game? Weather really shouldn't have much of an impact on this game, if we lose we have absolutely no excuses other than a thanksgiving hangover. Seriously with the new turkey pardon coming in we even have a mascot to show off now. That being said UVA has their backs against the wall and I expect their best shot to win for their new coach. I expect this game to be close, to close for comfort. However I really hope we pull out the W. Its the first game I've been able to attend all season and my folks and sister are coming as well. Plus #senior day for sam rogers and others and it could very well be the last time we see ford and hodges in our receiving corps.
