Will Grier and their running backs are all very talented on offense. They have a safety returning from a torn ACL who is apparently the next Karl Joseph. Outside of that, they are average. In a couple years, they'll learn the hard way about what mediocre recruiting does to a P5 school.
Good running back in Big 12 doesn't equal good running back in the ACC. Nobody in that conference knows how to play defense.
He does have an above average haircut. Most people's haircut starts at the forehead, his starts halfway up his head.
Therefore, he is ABOVE the average hairline.

Look, the fact of the matter is, WVU is going to lose. They are lucky to be in the Big 12, and their recruiting blows for a power 5 program. I don't see this one being close at all. Neutral field and first game of the year will make it close in the first quarter and into the second, but WVU will be embarrassed in this game.

I think we have a better than average chance of winning this game. Landover is more than a neutral field for us - it should be at least 2/3 Hokie fans. Plus, it seems like generally we play better as an underdog, especially under CJF.
I just hope we come out to play and win, and don't give the game away like we did in our last early season, high profile game in Bristol.

Maybe, but still ranked behind WVU in the preseason poll actually on ESPN, so I still think we're not much of a favorite, if a favorite at all. Heck, I'd rather be an underdog in this game and stun the cousins.
