Funny...but no. I know the neighborhood he lives in Tucson and this "place" appears to be in Northern Arizona, perhaps in the Show Low area.

You missed the point. The house is for the cats, the bedrooms and bathroom are for the barely tolerated live-in 'round the clock cat maintenance staff.
