Bill Walsh NFL Diversity Coaching Fellowship
The Bill Walsh NFL Diversity Coaching Fellowship uses NFL Clubs' annual training camps and minicamps to give talented minority coaches opportunities to:
Observe
Participate
Gain Experience
Ultimately gain a full-time NFL coaching positionDesigned as a vocational tool to increase the number of full-time NFL minority coaches, all 32 NFL Clubs participate in the program on an annual basis.
Basically, this is a coaching fellowship where Zohn can gain valuable experience with an NFL coaching staff to one day become an NFL coach. He will be back with the team when fall practice begins.

Nothing but respect for Burden. He's a talented guy who has worked through a ton already and still surpassed expectations. If he heads on to other things, he'll always be a Hokie.
Man that's awesome but when I first glanced at the title of the thread I saw "Zohn Burden" and "NFL" and got irrationally nervous.

As much as we make fun of that thing, we didn't have a fumble from a running back that year right? How many did we put on the ground last year? More in the first 2 games than all of year before.
