Greg Stroman was picked as a second team corner while Tremaine was picked as a third team LB. Obviously, accolades before the season starts aren't super significant, but you always love to see some noise made and respect given.

I can't believe we have as many picks as Michigan considering how well their recruiting classes have been lately. Also it is stunning that UVa can have two picks on the defensive side (Kiser and Blanding) and still give up 33.5 ppg in 2016. UVa's recruiting hasn't exactly been restocking the cupboards, the future looks bleak in C-ville.
Whenever someone mentions Quin Blanding and All American in the same sentence I immediately think of this play.

Man he was angry after getting burned on Cam's touchdown during last season's game. I was sitting near UVA's bench and that guy had no chill.
I think that had something to do with him being chippy with the VT sideline. It's unclear who started it, but I think he was especially not happy with being burned after all the trash talk he had just unleashed.
I can also tell you that he was getting a loooot of (relatively good natured) schtick from the VT fans on the UVA sidelines. And unlike 98% of players out there, he failed to just ignore it and let it get to him.

You tuck the hard things too
They get recognition because they are both way up there in tackles. The reason behind it is because their defensive line isn't making a lot of tackles. That being said they are definitely the best players on their team.
