Snapchat was devoid of any video on the first day of camp. However instagram did have a couple of highlights.
Wyatt Teller does a bench press rep of 405 with less effort than it takes me to floss.
Hezekiah Grimsley was returning kickoffs in warm up.
Deablo is working with the safeties and slipped a bit in a change of direction backpedal drill.
AJ Bush had a decent throw where he had really tight coverage and put it where either his receiver would make a great catch or it would be incomplete. The WR didn't pull it in on the crossing route. I couldn't see the receiver or the defender that had him blanketed.
Jack Click hit Henri Murphy on a quick stick route. Nice through and a great route by Murphy to get separation.
Ryan Willis threw a beautiful deep ball to a player streaking deep on a post. I didn't catch them number, but his speed drew some attention from someone within earshot of the recording.
Hendon Hooker hit freshman Sean Savoy on a deep corner route in one on one drills. The play simulated a bootleg, with Hooker faking a handoff and then getting his feet set after a short roll to his left. I couldn't see Savoy's move, but he got a good chunk of separation on the defender. The pass hit Savoy in stride along the left sideline.
Josh Jackson hit a corner route to an uncovered Josh Jefferson in the slot. Jackson did a weird little ball spin as he dropped back. That isn't a great habit with all the mesh points that get created in this offense.
Ricky Walker beats the pads to death in the swim move drill.
It looks like information will be tight!

According to Hokie FB twitter almost everything will be on IG not Snapchat this year.
Looks like HokiesFB is on top of that fact that Zuckerman is killing SnapChat, and making that change early.
Instagram has been the superior social network for some time. Much better than Snapchat for this purpose.
True, however they have now added filters and the story is really giving it to SnapChat. So not much left for SnapChat uniqueness.
Based on exactly one IG clip of each QB on day 1 of camp, my money is on Hooker and Bush to split the QB1 role to start the season. That was one clunky rep by Jackson. Science.

I update as best as I can. For new folks, the best material is usually the DL vs OL in pass protection/pass rush drills. If we see any at all, it will be once shoulder pads come on.

When are they posting clips to Instagram, must be quick in and out. I follow them but I only see photos
They post them throughout the day to the "Stories" section, not as normal Insta posts. If you click the avatar on their profile page, it should take you to the story. Also, on the the main timeline when you first open the app, HokiesFB should be somewhere near the top in a scrolling list of other accounts' stories
