4 - VA, 4- NC, 4-MD, 2 - DC, 12 - GA, 1 - SC, 13 - FL.
Obviously a lot can change in the next 3 years but how do we stand with rising sophomores?

It's amazing to me that rising sophomores are now being ranked. This must be the most potentially error-prone Top 100 ever created. Some of these guys look like grown men already, though. I certainly didn't look like that when I was 16...yikes.
