My plans with some friends fell through but my wife and I already shipped off the dog to my parents house tonight, so we are trying to find somewhere to watch the game around the DC, rather than just sitting at home alone.
Does anyone have any ideas of somewhere in the district/Bethesda/Arlington that will definitely have the game on? I don't really know where the 'tech' bars are. I'm too hyped to not watch it other tech fans. Haha

Lots of Hokies gathering at Spider Kelly's in Arlington
Spider Kellys is the spot. Its been the "official Hokie" bar last couple of years since Hard times closed down. The bar is filled with Hokies and they have no shortage of TVs with the game on. The Arlington Hokie Cub held events the whole day leading up to the WVU Game. They also have a great beer and food specials, good food as well.
Awesome, we decided to head that way. Haven't been to spider Kelly's since we lived in Shirlington about 2 years ago.

I live in Bethesda. I recommend going to Arlington. The game will be on at all the bars in Bethesda but you will have to deal with the UMD douchebags.
True that. We decided on SK's. I know Caddie' on Caldwell is technically a Tech bar, but I've never been there besides happy hour so I have no idea what the situation would be like.
Tapp'd is a good place too, but it seems like it's always dead there when I go.
The new Tommy Joe's would be your best bet. If you like drinking German beer Tyber Beerhouse is great too.
Haven't been to the new tommy joes. I've heard Tyber is good but it always looks tiny and crowded. Might have to try it sometime. We like Saul Haus in DC a lot.
