You usually get a half to full second to get a snap off after the play clock hits 00 because of the slight delay from the time it takes the official to stop looking at the clock and to look at the center/ball. Having said that, that was one really slow transition.

LOLUVA was the benefit of 2 gift calls that resulted in BC punting the ball (phantom holding on the WR) and then the LOLUVA TD (phantom DPI in the endzone that made it 1st and goal, instead of 3rd and long at the BC 14).

BC with 473 yds of O, 34 pts, with over 2 min left in the 3rd. LOLUVA with 7 pts on 129 yds of O. Half of LOLUVA's yds were 1 drive and the TD was greatly assisted by a poor DPI call by the refs.

He's won a national championship, ACC Championships, and this is the first season he hasn't won at least 9 games. They lost their starting QB in the first game of the season. You do have to remember that these are student athletes out there. If you're a fan of a team, you shouldn't be booing them or yelling nonsense at the coach after a loss. It just makes the fan base look bad.

Yeah I am sure they know their winning streak days are numbered, they get a worn down UNC next week and I hope Miami wins and can get to 7 or 6 but at least stay at 8 so when we "upset" them in 2 weeks we can make a big jump in the rankings. I just hope Ga Tech doesn't beat us the following week. I hope we don't look past Duke but to be honest Pitt and U.VA don't scare me and Duke seems to be dropping too. Miami and Ga Tech are my only concerns and Ga Tech more so than Miami.

Looking at the AP Poll, I will be surprised if there's much if any movement in the top 10. Everyone was either off or won. Maybe Miami might jump Clemson, at least on some individual ballots, since Miami > Syracuse > Clemson.
11-14 could get interesting. We should definitely move up with #13 ND beating #11 USC. #12 Washington was idle. I think ND gets #11. We're moving up at least one spot, and we could possibly jump Washington.
Prediction: VT is #12 or #13.
