With it being Halloween, it seems appropriate to wear the Orange lids. I was scrolling through the Clark Ruhland site when I saw he made a wallpaper for the Duke game.

His wallpapers aren't usually indicative of what helmets we wear. He changed the wallpaper after the new helmet was unveiled last week.

I don't think so. If you go to his twitter he shows a desktop for BC with the maroon helmet and maroon facemask. Website shows he updates it to Maroon with white facemask.

That's not really a new helmet though. Besides, Clark is intelligent enough to respect the staff and their plans to reveal.

The fact that the past couple of my comments have been about the fact that I despise the uniforms is irrelevant. Especially since the posts I was commenting on happened to be about said uniforms. I have been on this site for a LONG time, and have commented on many things. But I'm sure you already knew that since " the only thing I comment on is how terrible every new jersey is."

Yes...I posted all of those comments....in threads that were ABOUT UNIFORMS. It's not like I'm going around to game review threads or completely unrelated threads. It's also not like I'm the only person on here that comments that they hate any specific uniform in EVERY thread about uniforms. Further more, who the hell are ANY of you to tell me what I can or cannot reply to? Not that I do, but if I decided to only reply to posts about uniforms, that's my prerogative. I am not doing anything against community guidelines. I am not disparaging ANYONE, be it player, coach, TKP member, whoever. More often than not I simply read the threads, comments, etc. and upvote the vast majority of replies on the site, unless it's a post that my brother participates in...I will always take the time to give him a hard time.

It's not cherry picking when you've only made 8 comments in the last month or so prior to this subthread, and 7 of them have been bitching about the uniforms.
If the only threads I choose to participate in are threads ABOUT UNIFORMS, what else would you expect the comments to be about? What's funny is that it's not the only thing I am interested in, or that I comment on. I just don't comment that often. Yes, my most recent comments were about uniforms. But that is because there have been a lot of threads about uniforms. Before that I had a nice back and forth with someone about which anti-submarine platform was best. (Hint..the answer is P-3) Before that it was about golf in SoCal. I even participated in the Alum Fan vs Non-alum Fan debate. All without insulting anyone. But because the past few comments I made are about me not liking our uniform I get downvotes? Really makes me want to participate...
I was just saying its not cherry picking if you only elect to participate in one kind of discussion. Personally, share your opinion all you want, its what this place is for. People will always disagree, which in turn, creates discussion, which in turn creates awesome memes, and in turn, makes this place better. Its the nature of TKP. And the downvotes are laaaaame.
All of this will be solved by going ALLORANGEEVERYTHING.

Why have the new orange jerseys and the new orange pants if you ain't gon cominbe them. If we hung 59 in orange jerseys we may break 💯 in all orange.
I noticed that the UNC game tickets and parking pass had a white helmet (with old VT) on them. Coincidence? I was wondering if there was a tell on the tickets.....they obviously have the unis, espeically the helmets, set up months in advance. I don't have previous game tickets for this year to compare and the next 2 have the Hokie Bird on them so maybe that means traditional maroon helmets? Has anyone noticed this or does anyone have previous game tickets or parking passes to review and compare?
Or maybe just Homecoming.
They're just setup to be pennants of different logos and things over the years. Only 2 of 6 tickets have a helmet on them.
