Ricky Walker to wear the #25 on Saturday night

Fresh off of a great performance against Duke cough UNC that including a touchdown. Should be great to see the 25 out there a lot on the defensive line.

So is it the 425 defense or the 254 defense against Duke? I am thinking 254 as in total yards for Duke this Sat.

Believe he also may be one of the back blockers (I don't know the football specific position) for Bradburn. Settle is definitely back there sometimes.

25 is not exclusively for special teams players, believe it's for the player who had the best week of practice leading up to the game. Nothing to do with the previous week.

That being said, so many of our starters play on special teams, that it's hard for it not to go to a player who isn't involved in special teams somehow.

A little from column A, a little from column B. The 25 is for special teams players that have a good week of practice leading up to the game. And yes, he is on special teams. He's one of the personal protectors on the punt team (along with Settle and Teller). Not sure what other special teams units he's on, but there's likely several on defense.
