After back-to-back loses in NOOOOOOOOOO!!!vember, I began to think that maybe Coach Fu should start an offense team tradition that will help motivate players on the offensive side of the house to fight and bring their "A" game.
I recall Wyatt bringing the meat tenderizer for a few games.

Of course we all know of #DBU and #LPD.

And starting last season, we have the magical Beamerball Jersey tradition that goes to the best special teams player each week.

Querying the TKP fam - what tradition should Coach Fu begin to "motivate and inspire" the offense?

My vote is for a tradition of scoring more points than the other team...
We need an offense to start something around first
If the meat tenderizer could become a symbol that pushes the offensive line to overperform and allows use to recruit the position better, I am all for it. That being said, those kind of traditions can rarely be forced.
I like the idea, but with the way fu is talking about the confidence he has in the team, I think are offensive woes are far past that kind of thing right now.
Hopeful for the future, but a lot has to be sorted out.
It looks like our offense has already established a tradition.
I spit my beer...... leg
Hmmm.. let's see. Poker chips! Or dealers visor. First to 21 gets blackjack.
Winning against ranked opponents would be a great tradition
Our new tradition can be only throwing on 3rd and 4th and 1 plays.
Ah yes, the Rex Grossman offense.

BRASS BALLs to the player who actually shows up on the offensive line and RB position
They already have a tradition, it's celebrating not scoring
I'm down with a cattle prod for players who screw up royally as they leave the field. Same goes for overreacting fans.
Idea: every trip we make into the red zone, we celebrate with A Touchdown and then kick our traditional Successful Extra Point.
Could be cool.
How bout a Touchdown Chain! /S /S /S
vtd chain
Scoring some points after out D forces the 69th turnover of the game would be tits!
Yeah just scoring is a good place to start. But if you had to actually start one, individual touchdown song celebrations would be cool. Similar to walkup songs in baseball. So if Cam scores, he gets to hear his song.
Bring Back "Stick It In" Chant *ducks*
That's a train I can ride.
What if we gave them a 'big play turkey leg' for the person responsible for the touchdown and then maybe a giant pancake for anytime our OL has a crucial block?
For some reason, food is coming to mind....
Maybe a Toaster
Maybe we could fire off a cannon after they score?
To keep with the blue collar mentality, each player has a timecard on the sideline and when an offensive player scores a TD, or makes a block, or whatever translates to nailing his assignment the coaches punch his card showing he came to work that day. Players get some helmet sticker for each punch the next game.
