Settle was easily 1st team, Stroman should have been 1st team PR and Walker should be 2nd team DT. Nijman, even though hurt, should have at least gotten HM, he is an NFL quality Tackle. Also surprised to not see Bradburn on punting list, dude allowed least punt return yardage in the nation due to that high hang time.
Settle is a beast, but I think 2nd is about right. Dexter Lawrence and Christian Wilkins have the 1st team DT on lock, I think. I'd say that on a good day, there is no doubt Tim is just as good as those two, but overall on a daily basis, I think the other two are a small step above.
I agree with you on Wilkins but like Bitter said, Lawerence only played 9 games and didn't have great stats. He still is a beast and most of those lack of numbers come from him being double-teamed most of the year. But i still think Settle is slightly better with stats and overall performance. Like he said in a press conference this year, "I always tell coach Wiles, if they put me against an OL one-on-one and I don't beat him every time, then there is something wrong with me." My favorite quote of the year.
Hm, didnt realize Dexter only played 9 games - I also haven't watched a ton of Clemson this year, but from what I have seen, their DL is always one of the best units on the field by far.

8-4 were both lights out this year but I would actually have Tim and Ricky switched on my ballot. I think Tim may have had one or two more TFL's (which is probably what voters are looking at) but I would give Ricky a slight nod based on the eye test.
And by eye test I basically mean all the commentary I have heard from French this season.
Tim had 12.5 tfl and 4 sacks. Rick 10.5 tfl and 3.5 sack

I agree, he should at least be 2nd Team. Quadree Henderson is up there for sure but UNC's specialist does not deserve 1st Team, and while Nyheim Hines is great I don't think he's a better return man than Stroman.
I wonder how much the votes would change if Stro had gotten that return vs Clemson into the end zone.
